Payment:

In order to buy through PAPER-NOLA check out system you must have a PayPal account. It is simple and free to set up. When placing an order you will automatically be directed to your PayPal account, or to the PayPal account set up. If you prefer to send a check or money order for payment, simply e-mail us with all the necessary details of your order. Please note that your order will not be shipped until payment is received (a shipment & handling fee will apply).

Unless specified otherwise orders will not begin production until full payment is received. 
Some large orders will be require a 50% non-refundable deposit before the start of production. Your order will not be shipped until the remaining payment is received.

Rush Orders:

Prices for rush orders will automatically be doubled, and payment must be received in full before production of your order begins.

Orders are considered rushed depending on order quantity and time restraints.  For instance, it is customary that special occasion invitations are sent to out of town guest two months before the date of your event.  At least four weeks prior to you sending your invites we must have your conformation agreeing to all of the details of your order and have received payment.  If for example an order of 150 wedding invitation falls under this time period, the order will be considered a rushed order. Smaller orders may need less time. 

A good rule is to place your order at least one month before you need to have your order in hand.

Samples & Proofs:

We have a flat rate samples order cost of $10.00. Sample packs include 3 mock invitations, and a sample book of handmade recycled paper with various additives.

Client will be charged the invitation production cost and shipping for any other sample request or proof hardcopy.  Once invitation style and details are chosen, Paper-NOLA will send up to two proofs via e-mail to be approved by client before production of order begins. 
Orders must be paid in full before production begins.

Quick Turn Around:

We usually has a quick turn around time of two weeks or less from the time the order is placed to the time it is completed and shipped, especially for smaller non-special event orders.   However, it is smart to plan for the unexpected and place your order as early as you reasonable can.

Delivery:

Shipping and handling is normally automatically included with your invoice order form.

Most orders, unless especially small, will be shipped via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail, which is a two to three day process. One day if shipped locally.
